We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Installer to join a locally owned and operated company in Evansville, IN, providing high-quality vehicle enhancements and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for precision, and takes pride in delivering professional results on every vehicle.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift
Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional window tinting on a variety of automotive vehicles with precision and care

Install aftermarket automotive accessories including but not limited to: paint protection film, vinyl wraps, decals, audio systems, and other vehicle enhancements

Prepare surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and ensuring proper conditions for tint and product application

Follow company procedures and manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality installation

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and organized condition

Communicate with customers professionally, explaining services and ensuring satisfaction

Identify and report any vehicle issues or concerns before installation

Assist team members with projects and support overall shop operations as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in window tinting, automotive detailing, or aftermarket accessory installation preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to stand, bend, and lift items throughout the workday

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
