Job Full Description
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production / Assembly Line Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) months of previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience and be capable of performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Ability to safely perform physical job duties throughout a scheduled shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior assembly line or manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating production equipment or machinery.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus but not required.
