We are looking to hire a Leasing Agent in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Pay is $15 an hour with 1st Shift Available
Responsibilities:
-Manage the leasing process
-Build community and industry knowledge by identifying community trends to prepare for future occupancy needs and offering recommendations and training
-Connect with people in the community
-Train and collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any leasing issues that arise
-Guide leasing team through effective sales strategies and follow through
Skills:
-Proven working experience in relevant field
-Ability to work independently and remain motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
