About the Opportunity
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring production goals are met. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor assembly line equipment safely and efficiently.

Assemble parts and components according to instructions, specifications, or blueprints.

Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished products.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Meet daily production and quality goals.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. as needed.

Reliable attendance and teamwork skills are a must.
