Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu preparation, cooking, and food presentation

  • Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and efficient service

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment following all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food costs

  • Contribute to menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal specials

  • Lead by example to foster teamwork, training, and a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Line Cook, or similar leadership role in a professional kitchen

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff

  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
