Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu preparation, cooking, and food presentation

Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and efficient service

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment following all food safety and sanitation standards

Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food costs

Contribute to menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal specials

Lead by example to foster teamwork, training, and a positive work environment
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Line Cook, or similar leadership role in a professional kitchen

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
