Job Full Description
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in the fabrication and repair of conveyor belts. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and wants to build a long-term skill set in a stable manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in construction, machine operation, or maintenance, but prior experience is not required. We are committed to training the right individuals who bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
What you will do:

Fabricate, build, and repair conveyor belt components to meet quality and safety standards

Measure materials accurately using tape measures and basic math skills

Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and job orders

Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet requirements

Complete a tape measure or paper-based skills assessment depending on the worksite
