About the Role A growing organization is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. This role supports a strong safety culture through training, audits, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety programs and develop site-wide EHS policies
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Implement training on safety, environmental practices, and accident prevention
- Maintain regulatory documentation, including OSHA logs and safety data sheets
- Investigate incidents and manage workers’ compensation claims
- Monitor hazardous material disposal and sustainability efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or 3+ years of EHS experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary
