Skilled Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified / HVAC Experience Preferred)
Location: Indianapolis
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will hold an EPA certification and have 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Candidates with a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification and experience working with pools are strongly preferred.
This position falls between a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor level — perfect for someone who is highly skilled, dependable, and ready to take ownership of a variety of maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

Diagnose and repair HVAC issues; ensure all work meets EPA standards.

Maintain and repair pool systems (if applicable).

Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance emergencies.

Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements

EPA Certification required

2–3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
-
CPO certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Reliable and professional with strong communication skills
