Job Title: Electronics Technician – Testing & Recycling
Location: Indianapolis
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $18/hour
Job Overview:
We’re hiring for Electronics Technicians to join our warehouse/office team, working in a fast-paced environment focused on the recycling, reconditioning, and testing of electrical devices. You’ll be part of a growing company that values attention to detail, independent work, and technical curiosity.
We have two main areas where you may be placed based on your skills and experience:
1. General Recycling & Reconditioning Duties:

Sort and organize electronic materials

Perform basic reconditioning of devices (cleaning, visual inspections, etc.)

Material handling, packaging, and general labor tasks
-
Follow safety and quality procedures
-
Maintain an organized and clean work area
2. Electronics Testing Department:
This department involves more technical tasks and includes an extended training period of about 6 weeks.
Responsibilities include:

Testing various types of electronics, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, and routers

Wiping all data from devices in accordance with internal standards
-
Using multiple screens and software systems to follow testing procedures
-
Performing light troubleshooting and identifying basic hardware/software issues
-
Accurately documenting and entering test results and device statuses
Ideal Candidate Has:
-
Strong computer proficiency (ideal for those who enjoy gaming or building PCs)

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot basic technical issues
-
Great attention to detail and accuracy
-
Comfortable using multiple monitors/screens at once
-
Previous experience with data entry or IT-related tasks is a plus
-
Interest in electronics, computers, or studying IT/technology is highly desirable
Requirements:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes

Comfortable in a warehouse/office environment

Reliable transportation and punctuality
-
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to pass background check
