Entry-Level Production Technician (Engineering Track Exposure)
Brownsburg & Whitestown, IN
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Duties:
*Support and operate manufacturing processes and equipment
*Assemble and inspect components to exact standards
*Identify issues and contribute to process improvements
*Learn how production, engineering, and quality intersect
*Work closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
*Curious, analytical, and motivated individuals
*Strong work ethic and attention to detail
*Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or technology
*Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
*Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
