Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- Building strong customer relationships by understanding product offerings and recommending suitable solutions.
- Managing customer orders via phone and email, assisting both new and existing accounts.
- Accurately entering orders into the ERP system and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Communicating effectively with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Position Type: Temp to hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P
Pay: $20-24/hour
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics or related fields is a plus.
- Experience tracking orders from placement through to completion.
- Ability to quickly learn and master a product catalog, becoming well-versed in client offerings.
- A desire to work in an office environment (this position is fully in-office).
