Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- General apartment maintenance.
- Will work the grounds as well as taking out the trash.
- Work on special projects, turn units, take and complete work orders.
- Responsible for approximately 265 units.
Location: West Indianapolis, IN.
Position Type: Evaluation hire.
Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Pay: $22-24/hr based on experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- No certifications needed.
- Some HVAC experience is good.
