Pick/Pack Team Lead

Job Summary:
- Lead and support a team of pick/pack associates in a production/fulfillment environment
- Ensure daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met
- Assist with picking, packing, and order fulfillment as needed
- Provide direction, training, and support to team members
- Monitor workflow and help keep operations running efficiently
- Maintain a positive, team-focused environment on the floor
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Schedule:
M-F 5am-1:30pm
Pay:
$20.00/hr
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pick/pack, warehouse, or fulfillment environment
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to lead by example and stay engaged with the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, focused, and team-oriented mindset
