Location: Indianapolis
Salary: $18 per hour
Schedule: M-Friday 8am-5pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you will operate machines that shape large steel coils. No experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines to shape large steel coils.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.

Maintain quality control and ensure products meet specifications.

Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.

Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with team members.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Must-Haves:

Sense of humor and the ability to work well with others.

Ability to make change and do basic math for tasks like measuring and counting.

A background in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
-
$18/hr for entry-level candidates with no machine operation experience.

$19-$22/hr for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in machine operation. Pay will be determined based on experience, so please be prepared to discuss why you’re worth the rate you’re expecting.
