Position: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
- Oversee daily production operations including manufacturing, assembly, and distribution activities
- Lead, train, and develop production staff while setting clear expectations and performance standards
- Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Support production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and resource allocation
- Monitor product quality and address issues in real time to maintain standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
- Track team and individual performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Assist in training new employees on processes, safety, and equipment
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive solutions quickly and effectively

Full-time (hours dependent on production needs; flexibility required)
Pay:
Based on experience
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- 2–4+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or inventory control
- Experience with process improvement, Lean principles, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience with safety, quality, and production processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred
