Position: Line Inspector (Powder Coating)

A growing powder coating facility in Whitestown, IN is seeking a detail-oriented Line Inspector to join their team. This company offers a fast-paced, team-driven environment with strong opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.
Job Summary:
- Inspect parts as they move through and come off the powder coating line
- Identify defects in coating, finish, and overall product quality
- Ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards
- Communicate quality concerns with production team members
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Work on your feet in an industrial, fast-paced production environment

Whitestown, IN
Position Type:
Evaluation to Hire
Schedule:
- 5:45am – 3:45pm
- 6:45am – 4:45pm
- 7:45am – 5:45pm
Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
Friday: 8-hour shift (ends 2 hours earlier than start time)
Pay:
- $24.00/hr while on contract
- $25.00–$27.00/hr upon full-time hire
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Comfortable working in a powder coating / spray coating environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic
Dress Code:
- Work boots required (steel toe not required)
- T-shirts allowed (no tank tops or cut-offs)
- Must be comfortable in a production environment
