Mechanical Helper

Job Summary:
- Grind and smooth metal parts using hand grinders and sanding tools
- Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Handle metal materials, which may involve heavy lifting
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Position Type:
Evaluation Hire (Full-Time)
Schedule:
1st Shift (Schedule will be discussed during interview)
Pay:
$20.08/hr
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work for extended periods
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
- Experience in a welding, fabrication, or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience using hand grinders, sanders, or similar tools is helpful but not required
- Interest in learning new skills and growing within a company
Dress Code:
Steel-toed boots required; other PPE provided
