We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking an Inventory Associate to support warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately to support production and customer orders.
Job Summary
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials accurately and efficiently
- Pick, issue, and prepare parts for production or shipment
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory through transactions, cycle counts, and reporting
- Verify shipments and complete documentation for receipts and discrepancies
- Process returned materials (RMAs) and ensure proper inventory adjustments
- Assist with packaging and shipping of outbound materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support other departments with material needs and inventory-related issues
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions

Schedule
Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
OR
- 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay
$18.00/hour
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience required
- Basic computer skills and experience working in inventory systems (Syteline preferred)
- Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to distinguish colors for inventory and labeling purposes
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and stay active throughout the shift
