CDL-B Hazmat Delivery Driver (Seasonal)
Company Info
A well-established distribution company is seeking a CDL-B Hazmat Driver to support increased seasonal demand. This position is expected to run through August, with the potential for long-term employment based on business needs. Drivers are home every night and work primarily within Indiana, with occasional deliveries to neighboring states.
Job Summary

Operate a company box truck to deliver pool products and chemicals to customer locations

Complete approximately 10-14 delivery stops per day

Safely unload products at customer sites using electric pallet jacks and two-wheel carts

Utilize a company tablet to complete inspections, delivery documentation, and route information

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Provide professional customer service during deliveries

Return to the facility for reloads when needed during peak demand periods

Focus exclusively on driving and deliveries with no warehouse responsibilities

Overtime available during peak season. Drivers may work up to 10+ hours of overtime per week based on business needs.
Pay
$27.00 per hour
Qualifications

Valid CDL-B license

Current Hazmat endorsement required

Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Ability to safely operate a box truck

Ability to unload products using pallet jacks and delivery equipment

Comfortable using a tablet for inspections and delivery documentation

Strong safety awareness and customer service skills
