Job Full Description
Job Duties
- Receive, verify, store, pick, pack, and ship products
- Process shipments, labels, documentation, and invoices
- Maintain accurate inventory, FIFO, and lot control
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Coordinate carrier pickups and local deliveries
- Drive company box truck as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Work with team and management to meet customer needs
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Position Type: Temp to hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay: $20/HR
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years warehouse/shipping experience
- Forklift experience
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with For-Hire Endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
Preferred
- WMS experience
- FIFO/lot tracking experience
- ISO/IATF experience
- Box truck or CDL Class B experience
