Job Full Description
Job Summary:
· Perform continuous visual inspections of bottles as they move through the production process.
· Identify and remove defective products, ensuring finished bottles meet established quality standards.
· Handle and properly position bottles throughout the production process to support efficient production.
· Monitor production conditions and communicate quality or equipment concerns to the Blow Mold Operator or Supervisor.
· Maintain a safe and productive work environment while performing repetitive inspection tasks at a fast pace.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Position Type: TEMPORARY approx. 4-6 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00P-6:00A
Pay: $17/HR
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, inspection, or packaging experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visible product defects.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to report quality or equipment concerns.
