Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative (Medicaid Support – Remote)
Location: Remote (Based in Indiana)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Shifts will fall between 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT (occasional evenings/weekends)
We’re actively recruiting for a remote Senior Customer Service Representative to support Indiana Medicaid members. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is confident working independently from home.
What You’ll Do:

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Assist members with Medicaid enrollment, coverage questions, and benefit details

Accurately document and update member information across multiple systems

Meet performance targets for call quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Support outreach campaigns and escalate issues through proper channels

Use translation services when needed to support non-English-speaking members
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

1–2 years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and CRM platforms

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Bilingual candidates or those with Medicaid experience are highly preferred
