Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Technician – Apartment Turn & Landscaping Support
Pay: $18/hour
Duration: Approximately 1 month
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Temporary Maintenance Tech to assist with apartment turns and basic landscaping for about a month. This role involves preparing vacant units for new residents and helping maintain the exterior grounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor repairs (patching holes, changing filters, etc.)

Clean and prep vacant units

Replace hardware, blinds, and light fixtures

Haul trash and debris from units

Assist with mowing, trimming, and other general landscaping tasks

Support the maintenance team with other turn-related duties
Requirements:

Previous maintenance or apartment turn experience preferred

Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable and able to work independently

Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work
