As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the assistance they need when it comes to their insurance coverage. You will be the first point of contact for providers, insured members, business agents, and other individuals who reach out to us with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting members and providers with questions related to benefits and claim status.
- Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer inquiries.
- Completing miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
