Quality Inspector
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Hybrid shift, 10 AM to 6:30 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to support a manufacturing and distribution operation. This position works directly on the warehouse floor and plays an important role in inspecting raw materials and finished products, documenting results, and helping maintain high quality standards.
What You’ll Do
• Inspect raw materials and finished parts using visual checks and basic measurement tools
• Use gauges, scales, and other instruments according to work instructions
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials
• Complete all required documentation and data entry for inspections
• Perform final inspections for outgoing shipments when needed
• Assist with identifying potential causes of non-conformances
• Work safely around heavy machinery and warehouse equipment
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
• Willingness to learn measurement tools such as tape measures, gauges, and scales
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor around machinery
Preferred Skills
• Previous quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with measurement tools
• Coursework or certification in quality-related fields
