Production Worker I
Department: Floor Order Packing
Reports To: Production Lead
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
Job Summary
Responsible for operating and supporting assigned production processes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery

Follow all safety and food safety procedures

Palletize and package finished products
-
Keep production lines supplied with materials
-
Perform quality checks and inventory tasks

Report equipment or maintenance concerns

Complete required production documentation
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
6–12 months manufacturing or production experience preferred
-
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
-
Basic math and problem-solving skills
-
Familiarity with automated equipment a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Manufacturing environment; may be dusty, loud, and temperature-variable
-
Prolonged standing and walking
-
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must adhere to all food grade and industrial PPE requirement expectations
