About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Cablers for Southwire Company. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to be hired on full-time. You’ll work in a hands-on production role helping create cable products safely and efficiently.
Shift

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Days: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
What You’ll Do
-
Operate cabling machines
-
Load and unload reels and materials
-
Follow production orders and instructions
-
Set up and adjust equipment as needed

Check product quality and inspect machines
-
Keep your work area clean and organized

Communicate with your team and supervisor
What You Need
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is a plus)
- Prior machine operating experience

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for long periods
-
Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions
Work Environment

Standing, lifting, and repetitive movement required

Hot and cold conditions (no climate control)
