Aluminum Production Associate – Night Shift
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Aluminum Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time night shift opportunity with a three-day weekend every week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery used to process and fabricate aluminum products
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and other precision tools
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Label, package, and prepare completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
