Diesel Mechanic
Summary:
The Shop technician is a mid-level service/truck shop technician and performs on-site service and repair of customer vehicles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follows all policies and procedures
- Electrical/Wire harness Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair transmission problems for Diesel Trucks and equipment
- Vehicle system knowledge
- Work as a team and also be able to work on projects with little supervision
Location: Lebanon, IN
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 1st
Pay: 25.00-32.00
Qualifications:
Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the vehicle satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - 3-5 years of recent experience as an auto mechanic
- Possess own tools, specialty tools will be provided
- Transmission knowledge is a plus
- Troubleshooting wire harnesses and wiring a must
