Express Employment is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Epoxy Floor Coating Installers. In this role, you'll prepare and coat concrete surfaces for high-quality epoxy garage floor finishes. We're looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and are eager to grow with a company offering long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prep concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, and repairing cracks
- Mix and apply epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coatings using rollers, squeegees, and brushes
- Ensure even, high-quality finishes throughout the coating process
- Operate and maintain grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other tools
- Keep workspaces clean and adhere to all safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers about the process and expectations
Schedule and Pay:
- 6:30am start time
- 4-5 days per week
- 10-12hr shifts
- $19.00-$23.00/hr based on experience
Requirements:
- Lift 50lbs, kneel and stand for extended periods, and work in varied conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Background check
