Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Reach Truck Operator / Order Fulfillment Specialist for a full-time position in Kansas City, KS. This is a hands-on role for a dependable individual who takes pride in hard work and accuracy.
As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for operating sit-down forklifts and Raymond deep-reach trucks to move freight, stock, and materials. This position includes order picking, inventory control, and ensuring timely fulfillment using RF scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts and Raymond deep-reach trucks
- Move freight and materials in and out of storage and loading areas
- Perform order fulfillment tasks using RF scanners
- Conduct inventory checks and controls as needed
- Lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down and deep-reach forklifts
- Proficient with RF scanners
- Able to consistently lift up to 40 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard every day
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
