Press Operator
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Full-time, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $17-20 DOE, paid weekly
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating production and die-cutting presses while performing in-process visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to learn.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain 100% compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Operate production and die-cutting presses

Perform visual, in-process inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain consistent quality control on all items produced

Make recommendations to management regarding product and process improvements

Assist with physical inventory as needed

Keep work areas clean and organized
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
-
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Ability to stand for long periods of time
-
Ability to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
