Account Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $21-24 DOE, paid weekly
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to support a growing client’s signage operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both customers and internal teams, managing detailed orders, and ensuring high-quality results from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process monthly and special signage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update databases for signage, pricing, and order tracking
- Review and proofread orders, artwork, and data before final submission
- Coordinate with internal teams on art, graphic design, and production needs
- Prepare invoices and assist with billing processes
- Handle customer inquiries and store calls in a professional manner
- Monitor print schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process reships, reworks, and order corrections as needed
- Provide administrative support to Regional and Account Managers
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
- Ability to manage order entry, database maintenance, and client communication simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with databases and order tracking systems
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
