Inbound Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $22.00/HR
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Coordinator to support receiving operations and inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for processing incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and helping maintain organized and accurate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Process incoming orders and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Support inventory management across all product categories
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse flow
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or warehouse experience, preferably in receiving or inventory control
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift
