Machine Maintenance Technician – Early Shift | Up to $29/hr for Skilled Candidates
We’re hiring an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume production facility. This is a critical role focused on keeping industrial equipment running efficiently, and we’re willing to pay for the right skillset.
Schedule & Pay:
$22.00–$29.00/hour | Monday–Friday, early start between 4:00AM–5:00AM (end time varies around 12:30PM–1:00PM) | Optional overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, and folding equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions
- Complete work orders and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot problems quickly to minimize downtime
- Work independently while maintaining productivity throughout the shift
- Support overall plant operations and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in machine maintenance or a related mechanical field
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
- Experience with industrial laundry equipment is a plus (higher pay range for this experience)
