Box Truck Driver – Nights | Local Routes + Overtime Opportunity
We’re hiring a dependable Box Truck Driver for a night shift position delivering to local facilities. This is a hands-on role that combines driving with physical work, offering consistent hours and the chance to earn overtime.
Schedule & Pay:
$18.00–$20.00/hour (DOE) | Monday–Friday, 5:00PM–6:00PM start until route completion (typically 1:00AM–3:00AM) | Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 26ft box truck to deliver products to local locations
- Load and unload carts weighing 200–300 lbs (on wheels)
- Train alongside an experienced driver to learn routes and procedures
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries each shift
- Follow all safety and driving regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card
- Minimum of 1 year box truck or similar driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or suspensions in the last 5 years)
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Ability to perform physical work and handle carts throughout the shift
