Production Associate – 2nd Shift
Kansas City, Kansas
$18.75/hour
Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (occasional Friday overtime)
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Production Associates.
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for a hands-on manufacturing and packaging role. This position offers consistent hours and a structured work environment with clear production processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and package parts according to specification sheets
- Record required information on in-process documentation
- Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and label materials per production instructions
- Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math, counting, and use hand-held measuring tools
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Light to moderate physical activity including standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, squatting, and climbing
- Ability to lift, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in environments with temperature changes
Pay & Schedule:
- $18.75/hour
- Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Occasional Friday overtime
