Packer – 1st Shift | Steady Hours in a Clean Production Environment
We’re hiring Packers for a growing production facility in De Soto, KS that manufactures paper products. This is a great opportunity for someone who values consistency, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in quality.
Schedule & Pay:
$16.07/hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM | Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Package finished products into cartons or large containers while inspecting for quality
- Visually check for defects in printing, cutting, and overall product condition
- Move and stage materials in the work area for efficient packaging
- Set up workstations with boxes, tape, and necessary supplies
- Label completed cartons and stack onto pallets
- Prepare finished pallets for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of scrap
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
