General Labor – 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week + Growth Potential
Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and grow with a company? We’re hiring General Laborers for a fast-paced industrial environment with a local company that promotes from within.
Schedule & Pay:
$16.00/hour | Monday–Thursday, 6:00AM–4:30PM (Fridays 6:00AM–2:30PM, as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process supporting powder coating operations
- Move materials and parts throughout the facility
- Load and unload items for processing and staging
- Work around ovens and production equipment in a high-heat environment
- Maintain workflow by keeping materials moving efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay on your feet and keep moving ???? the shift
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Steel toe boots preferred
