Service Writer
$15.00 / hour

We are hiring a full-time Service Writer to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for customer check-in/check-out, creating repair orders, coordinating equipment flow in the warehouse, and supporting mechanics while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
40 Hours / Week
Pay Rate:
Responsibilities:

Greet customers dropping off and picking up equipment

Write up Service Repair Cards and repair orders in the computer system

Coordinate equipment flow in and out of the warehouse

Deliver equipment to mechanics for service

Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized

Pressure wash equipment when needed
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day & able to lift up 25lbs.

Exposure to outdoor elements, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and fumes
Requirements:
