Powersports Salesperson – Outdoor Power Equipment
$1,500 / Month Salary + 10% Gross Profit Per Unit (Uncapped Commission)

Pay Structure:

$1,500 / Month Base Salary

10% Gross Profit per unit sold

Uncapped Commission – the more you sell, the more you earn
Responsibilities:

Sell outdoor power equipment and powersports products

Work with customers to match them with the right equipment

Learn product knowledge and sales techniques

Build strong customer relationships and repeat business

Follow up on leads and walk-in customers

Support showroom and sales floor operations
Requirements:

Motivated, ambitious, and ready to learn

Comfortable talking to customers and closing sales

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
