Bodyman
Lafayette, LA | $17.50/hr Starting Pay | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Bodyman with sheet metal and fiberglass experience to perform body repair, fabrication, and surface preparation work.
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Apply body filler
-
Perform block sanding
-
Complete panel fitment and alignment
-
Perform welding and metal fabrication
-
Prepare surfaces for paint
-
Use proper automotive repair materials and procedures
-
Complete quality bodywork repairs with strong attention to detail
Requirements
-
Experience working with sheet metal and fiberglass
-
Welding and metal fabrication experience
-
Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and procedures
-
Must have own tools
-
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Schedule
- Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break
