Insurance Customer Service Representative
Lafayette, LA | Full-Time| $30,000-45K/year DOE
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a well-established insurance agency in Lafayette. This position is ideal for someone with previous insurance experience who enjoys assisting clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily office operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with policy questions and service requests

Process policy changes, payments, and account updates

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients

Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed
Requirements:

Previous insurance industry experience required

Insurance license preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficient with computers and office software

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Professional, dependable, and able to multitask
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
