Experienced Welders & Fitters

| $25–$40+/hr. DOE | Full-Time
We're hiring experienced Welders and Fitters for a long-term fabrication project. We fabricate structural buildings and skids, and you'll be fitting and welding beams, tubing, channels, and plate. Flux-core (FCAW) welding experience is preferred, and candidates who can both fit and weld are highly encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Flux-Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel components
- Fit and assemble beams, tubing, channels, plates, and other structural materials
- Fabricate buildings and skids according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous welding or fitting experience required
- Flux-Core (FCAW) welding experience preferred
- Experienced Structural Fitters are also needed
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings is a plus
- Must be able to pass a welding and/or fitter test
- Experience fitting beams, tubing, channels, and plate preferred
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation required
Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday (5–6 days per week); 12-hour shifts
Approximately 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Pay:
- Starts at $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience
