QC Inspector
|Youngsville, LA | Starts at $17–$20/hr. DOE | Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
A local company in Youngsville is seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to inspect parts and assemblies, document results, and ensure products meet required quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts and assemblies

Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
-
Document inspection results and maintain calibration records
-
Review material certifications and quality documentation
-
Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and company quality standards

Report defects or quality concerns to the appropriate team
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 6 months of related quality inspection experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
-
Experience using precision measuring instruments
-
Basic computer skills
-
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Overtime and weekends as needed
Pay:
- Starts at $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
