Grinder Operator/Shop Helper
$14–$16/hr. DOE | Full-Time | Broussard, LA
A local company is looking for a dependable Shop Helper to assist with daily shop operations, including grinding, material handling, and general shop support.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with daily shop operations

Grind and prepare materials as needed

Support shop personnel
-
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
-
Previous shop or manufacturing experience preferred

Experience using hand and power tools is a plus

Ability to safely use grinders and other shop equipment
-
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday; 10-hour shifts
Pay:
- Starts at $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience
