A local property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Leasing Agent to join their team in Lafayette.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist prospective and current residents with leasing needs

Process applications, paperwork, and lease documents

Provide excellent customer service

Answer questions regarding available units, policies, and rental requirements

Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
Requirements
-
Previous leasing or property management experience required
-
LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable working with computers and office systems
Schedule
- Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
