Shop Hand / Pump Repair Technician |

 Lafayette, LA | $12–$15/Hr. | Full-Time 

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable and mechanically inclined Shop Hand / Pump Repair Technician to assist with industrial pump repairs, rebuilding, testing, and general shop operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with pump teardown, inspection, and rebuilds

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Help test and assemble high-pressure systems

• Maintain a clean and organized shop

• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined

• Reliable and team-oriented

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Industrial or mechanical experience is a plus

• General shop knowledge preferred

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; 30-minute lunch

Pay:

• $12–$15/Hr. DOE
