Our client is seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper!
The ideal person will be highly organized, can multi-task, and prioritize. Must be proficient w/QuickBooks Pro basic accounting (Invoicing, Payroll, Quarterly reports. Reconciling GL accounts, GL Insurance, Health Insurance renewals., etc) & be able to perform all basic functions of a small office. Also will be responsible for Phones, Filing, Supplies, Report formatting, and Letter Writing.
