Our client is seeking an IT Manager!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of all IT systems, including infrastructure, networking, servers, security, and end-user support
- Manage all Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file sharing, and domain security policies
- Provide technical support to users across the company (Windows 10/11, printers, mobile devices, network access, etc.)
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, endpoint policies, and user access
- Support and maintain variable data printing workflows including FusionPro, Adobe Acrobat, and Fiery software integration
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal and external network infrastructure, including Aruba switches, Aruba wireless access points, VPNs, and Sophos firewalls
- Plan and manage backups and disaster recovery strategies using local and Azure-based cloud solutions
- Administer and support Avaya IP Office phone systems, as well as barcode scanners and voice-directed picking hardware
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, evaluate solutions, and oversee procurement
- Assist with documentation, auditing, and compliance efforts including cGMP and NSF certification requirements
- Monitor and support SQL Server, Crystal Reports, WSFTP Server, and CloverDX for data processing and automation tasks
- Manage integration and connectivity with carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL for shipping and logistics systems
- Lead or participate in project-based initiatives including software implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure changes
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT management or senior administrator experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with CloverDX, Crystal Reports, and print production workflows
- Working knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g. cGMP, 2FA, firewall rules, AV/EDR management)
- Experience with endpoint protection and firewall platforms such as Sophos
- Project management, vendor management, and budgeting experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to operate independently
Working Conditions:
- On-site role in a mixed office/warehouse environment
- Some after-hours or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or issue resolution
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in server/network closets as needed
